Terms of Service

No individual under the age of eighteen (18) may use LootyLuck. By registering an account or accessing the site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that use of the site is legal in your jurisdiction. LootyLuck may verify your age and identity at any time and may suspend or terminate any account failing verification.

LootyLuck is a social-entertainment platform. All in-site coins ("Coins") are a virtual, license-limited entertainment currency. Coins are not money, not a deposit, not e-money, not a security, and have no cash value outside the redemption program described in Section 5. Coins are non-transferable except through in-site features (tips, rain) that LootyLuck provides at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Multi-accounting, use of VPNs to bypass regional or bonus restrictions, sharing accounts, or use of automated systems / bots to interact with the site is prohibited and grounds for permanent ban plus forfeiture of Coin balance.

Deposits are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, and supported crypto processors). Minimum deposit is $1.00. Deposits are final once completed. Chargebacks or reversals initiated after coins have been credited will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

Coins may be redeemed at LootyLuck's discretion for gift cards (delivered to the email on file) or Cash App payouts. Minimum redemption is 5,000 Coins ($10 equivalent). You must have made at least $5 in completed deposits before any redemption. Redemptions are reviewed manually within 1–3 business days and may be delayed or refused if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Rejected redemptions are refunded in Coins to your balance.

Game outcomes are derived deterministically from a server seed (committed via SHA-256 hash before your round), your client seed, and an incrementing nonce, and where available a Random.Org signed random value. You may verify any past round on the Fairness page after your server seed is revealed. LootyLuck does not manipulate individual round outcomes.

Chat, Tip, and Rain features let users interact peer-to-peer. LootyLuck does not intermediate these interactions and is not liable for tips sent to the wrong user, disputes between users, or messages posted by users. All tips are final. Abuse of chat (harassment, doxxing, advertising, evasion of moderation) results in mute or ban.

You may not: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the site or its game engines; (b) use bots, scripts, or headless clients; (c) collude with other users to manipulate rain, tips, giveaways, or leaderboards; (d) attempt to launder funds, purchase Coins on behalf of a third party, or use stolen payment instruments; (e) use LootyLuck in any jurisdiction where use is prohibited.

Faucet, rain, promo codes, affiliate bonuses, and any other promotional Coin credit are granted at LootyLuck's sole discretion. Faucet is a courtesy for users at 0 balance, capped at one claim per hour and subject to bot verification. Rain requires Level 5+ and active chat participation. Promotional Coins may be revoked without notice if abuse is detected.

Users may earn Coin rewards for referring other users through the Affiliates program. Self-referral, referral rings, and any structure designed to loop deposits back to the same person or household are prohibited and cause forfeiture of affiliate rewards.

LootyLuck may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination, any Coin balance obtained through prohibited conduct is forfeited. Legitimate remaining balances may be redeemed subject to Section 5.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. LootyLuck does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootyLuck's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
